Finally Family Homes is a Santa Clarita based organization serving youth at risk of homelessness, especially those aging out of foster care. Our team comes from a variety of backgrounds, skills, and gifts. We all share a passion to invest in and care for young adults thrust into the world without the security of a home or family.
